In Ignacy's pharmacy" - a series of chemistry and physics classes (grades 4-6)

Just like Ignacy Lukasiewicz, we will experiment, mix, pour and heat! During the workshop organised by the Warsaw Gasworks Museum, participants will discover the fascinating world of chemistry hidden in everyday foodstuffs.

Can red cabbage act as a pH indicator? How do soda and vinegar react with each other? Can a rainbow be formed on milk? These and other questions will be answered in class by conducting our own experiments. In addition, we will see if it is possible to produce electricity and make our own soaps.

The workshops led by museum educators are a combination of science and fun, which develops the curiosity and creativity of young explorers.
