Coal (grades 4-6)

Where did coal come from and what secrets does it hold? At a workshop organised by the Museum of the Warsaw Gasworks, participants will learn about the history of coal production and its importance for industry and everyday life.

During the workshop, hammers will be at work - children will have the opportunity to touch coal, examine its properties, and see what it looks like up close. There will also be a creative part - participants will make a key ring with coal using the macramé technique, creating a unique souvenir of the class.

Led by museum educators, the workshop is the perfect combination of learning, experience and creative fun.
