Event date: 27.02.2026
On 27 February at 6 p.m., the Warsaw Gasworks Museum invites you to a free screening of the world cinema classic The Godfather, directed by Francis Ford Coppola.
The film takes viewers to the United States shortly after the end of World War II. Don Vito Corleone (an unforgettable role played by Marlon Brando) heads one of New York's most powerful mafia families, supported by his sons and loyal advisor Tom Hagen (Robert Duvall). However, the story centres on Michael Corleone (Al Pacino) – educated and distanced from the family business, who, in the face of growing gang conflict, is drawn into the brutal world of power, loyalty and betrayal. The Godfather is not only a crime saga, but also a timeless story about family, ambition and the price one pays for power.
- Admission to the event is free of charge.
- For guests arriving by car, additional amenities are provided in the form of free parking available on the museum grounds.
We cordially invite you to experience this film classic together in the unique space of the Warsaw Gasworks Museum.
