Meeting with the traveller Paweł Kunz at the Warsaw Gasworks Museum

The lecture, entitled ‘Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan: travellers’ holy grails, the sacred and the profane', is for those who wish to look at the world beyond the beaten tourist trail.

Paweł Kunz - author of numerous travel reports, known for his courage in exploring areas overlooked by most globetrotters - will share his personal experiences of places often shrouded in stereotypes and misunderstanding.

During the meeting, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the cultures, religions and everyday life of regions rarely visited by tourists. The speaker will talk about encounters with local people, the unique hospitality and contrasts that make these countries both challenging and fascinating destinations. This is an up-close look - without simplification or prejudice.
