Conference for teachers: one story – three museums!

Although today this industrial buzz has died down, its echo still resounds within the walls of the capital's museums. It is there that the spirit of industrial Warsaw has gained a new lease of life – as a source of knowledge, inspiration and education.
This passion for the history of technology gave rise to an extraordinary project: the conference “One History – Three Museums”, which will bring together the Warsaw Gasworks Museum, the Norblin Factory Museum and the Station Museum. The meeting will take place on 5 November at 4 p.m. at the Norblin Factory.
The meeting has been planned with teachers in mind – guides of young minds who are looking for new teaching tools and attractive ways to introduce new knowledge to their students. Participants will learn about a wide range of educational offerings prepared by the three museums: from workshops and museum lessons, through interdisciplinary thematic projects, to original programmes designed for different age groups.
The conference will also provide an opportunity to exchange experiences and build relationships between teachers and cultural institutions. The programme also includes a raffle with gifts and small souvenirs, as well as refreshments to encourage integration and informal conversations.
‘One story – three museums’ is not only an invitation to participate in the meeting, but also an opportunity to reflect on the importance of Warsaw's industrial heritage in education and building local identity.
If you are not a teacher, please pass this information on. Perhaps one of your teacher friends would like to take advantage of this unique opportunity for professional development and cooperation with Warsaw museums. It is worth sharing such initiatives – thanks to them, passion and knowledge can spread further, inspiring future generations.
Participation in the event is free of charge, but registration is required. Registration form.
