Autumn with cinema at MGW
As part of the autumn series of free film screenings, on 14 November at 7 p.m., viewers will have the opportunity to watch the film that won the hearts of fans around the world – Top Gun: Maverick.
It is the spectacular return of one of the most iconic characters in action cinema history. More than three decades after the events of the first film, Pete ‘Maverick’ Mitchell (Tom Cruise) remains true to his passion and calling. As an experienced US Navy pilot, he tests state-of-the-art aircraft and constantly pushes the limits of what is possible.
However, this time he will face his greatest challenge yet – training an elite group of young pilots for a mission unlike any other. Among them is Lieutenant Bradley ‘Rooster’ Bradshaw (Miles Teller) – the son of his old friend ‘Goose’, whose death still haunts Maverick to this day.
The film will be presented in English with Polish subtitles, allowing viewers to fully experience the emotion and authenticity of the original dialogue.
Admission to the screening is free, and free parking is available for guests arriving by car. This is a great opportunity to spend a November evening in a unique place, where the industrial atmosphere of the former gasworks meets the energy of modern cinema.
